I was recently contacted by a victim of Stand n’ Seal. They were wondering if anyone else was diagnosed with Peripheral Neurapathy. The question/email is as follows.
While having multiple studies done for a medical problem (back problem).... I was recently diagnosed with "peripheral neurapathy of both legs. I have none of the normal diseases that cause this condition and the only cause we are unsure of is Toxins - which is a cause. Have other people you have been in contact with given you symptoms of pain, loss of sensation and weakness in their legs or arms or diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy, not related to any other illness they may have?
If you have been diagnosed with having peripheral neurapathy or have any information that may help her. Please contact her at Linda@standnseal.com or myself and I will relay the message at admin@standnseal.com.
Thank you in advance.

I know allot of people have carried a heavy financial burden as a direct result of their exposure to S'nS, including lost wages, medical expenses and so on. I only wish I learned of this service prior to my house going into foreclosure! That said, I have since used their service to help with ongoing medical/prescription costs. I am including a link here so you may contact them if so desired. This is intended to assist people who have exhausted other means to meet their financial needs, whether it be to pay bills, medical costs or their ability to just survive so they do not have to accept a joke offer presented from Roanoke and Home Depot.
How it works, is they give you an advance against a future settlement you may have coming. The down side is high interest rates. The up side is, if you don't win your case you do not have to pay back the money. This may allow you to hold out so you can get a just settlement.
Of course certain information is needed about your case for them to fund you, as they need to know you have a legitimate claim. Since I have used their service myself, they have allot of that paperwork already. To help expedite everything, I have provided them with an Email account through my website which should speed things up, since they are familiar with the case and already have most of the paperwork. Often they can fund you within 48 hours if you contact them during the week. If you would like to contact them you may reach them by emailing the manager Bob Tansey.
Most people have retained an Attorney already, and most of us are using the Attorney's which are handling the MDL's. However most States have a two year statue of limitation, so if you have not retained one already and would like me to point you in the right direction feel free to email me.
Most of the Attorneys involved with this case are already sharing information. If you are an Attorney for a Plaintiff and aren't currently involved with the MDL's but would like to contact one of the Attorney's involved, email me and I will put you in contact with each other.
