"I can say that Home Depot certainly did not and would not just turn around to a vendor or a distributor and say it was their problem with respect to any problem that was deemed to present any type of risk or danger to its customers," MacNaughton said.
Really......... I beg to differ! I contacted Home Depot from the local store all the way to Their Corporate headquarters, warning them of problems in July 2005. I was told on more than one occasion, that it was not Home Depot's problem, and that they just sold the stuff. I do have letters as well as recordings of those conversations. A Stand ‘n Seal company official tested the product in the company washrooms, and, like Willard and Remington, reported getting ill. To that report, the Roanoke CEO replied in an e-mail, "Please instruct us where to send the body the test is complete."

Home Depot soars on takeover talk. I have mixed emotions about this one. Part of me says good, Home Depot will be worth more when we all see our day in court with them. The other part of me says we should expose them and the Lawsuits pending, before the takeover takes place so that it costs them money, just like it has cost us.
