This page is where you will find Letters and Recordings starting in early July 2005 warning Home Depot, Sedgwick (Home Depot's claim management), Roanoke and Chubb Ins. of what Sn'S can and has done to people. Home Depot's stance was it's not our problem we didn't make it. Well........... after you were aware of the problem, but did nothing to prevent others from being exposed (i.e. pull it off the shelf) is your problem. There are copies of inter-mail documents proving they were aware in May 2005. Most of us were exposed after that. Come to think of it CPSC wasn't notified for months after that. Hmm, I guess the big orange dropped the ball and is responsible also, after all. I plan on getting my document pages caught up first, if you are in need proof of Home Depot and their crew knowing sooner, simply email me.

Home Depot soars on takeover talk. I have mixed emotions about this one. Part of me says good, Home Depot will be worth more when we all see our day in court with them. The other part of me says we should expose them and the Lawsuits pending, before the takeover takes place so that it costs them money, just like it has cost us. Home Depot corporate letters: Basically this is some propaganda on the Home Depot corporate website, stating how responsible they are. In reality it is a bunch of hogwash trying to fill us full of Bull....  Anyone who has had to deal with them knows better.
The first letter is their Mission/Vision statement from their site. Check out the second paragraph.
The second letter is a Values statement from their site. Value #3 what a joke!
The third letter is about Corporate Responsibility. Here is 1 sentence from it. "The Home Depot recognizes the value of providing timely and accurate information about the social and environmental impacts of our business" Things that make you go HMMM. They waited approximately 4 months after they knew there were problems, to report to the CPSC. By law they have 24 hours.  Had they reacted "responsibly" there would be at least 2 more people alive today. Hundreds of people not hospitalized, not to mention the lives ruined because of this. Need I say more? I'm sure they will kill these links soon, but that's ok, as I do have copies of everything.
